Membership is an exciting way to become more involved in the future success of the performing arts projects of the FSCJ Artist Series under the sponsorship of the Florida State College at Jacksonville Foundation (a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization). By joining the VIP Theater Club, members not only receive exciting membership benefits, but also receive exclusive use of the VIP Theater Club during intermission of the five Broadway Series shows.

The VIP Theater Club is a special "VIP Members Only" area overlooking the St. Johns River at Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts. It includes a full-service cash bar, complimentary hors d'oeuvres and convenient restrooms for your exclusive use, all in an exquisite atmosphere.

All VIP Memberships to the FSCJ Artist Series and the performing arts projects of Florida State College at Jacksonville Foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law. You will receive a receipt for your contribution for income tax purposes. VIP Theater Club Membership contributions do not include the cost of a Broadway Season subscription. Broadway Season subscriptions must be purchased separately and are over and above the contribution.


 

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Interest-free payment plans are available to break up the cost of your subscription into four equal installments automatically charged to your credit card. Payment plans are available online during checkout or by phone, and are only available for subscriptions. Payment plans cannot be applied to contributions.

Pit seating is available for VIP Theater Club Members for Jersey Boys and The Outsiders. VIP Theater Club Members may purchase pit seating online or by calling the box office. Exchanges into pit seating are only available by calling the box office.

Additional pit seating may become available for the general public or for additional performances without notice.

Seat change requests and upgrades will be available following the renewal period at a later date. You must first renew your current seats before the renewal deadline on May 18, 2026. We will notify you by email when the upgrade period begins. Please note: Seating changes are not guaranteed and are based on availability. 

Exchanges for a different date of the same performance are not yet available. We will notify you via email when the exchange period opens following the renewal period.

 

Additional subscriber tickets are not yet available. We will notify you via email when additional tickets can be purchased.

Infrared Assistive Listening Devices
The Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts offers assistive listening devices for use from any seat in the theater. Listening devices are available at the security desk at the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts.

Sign Language Interpreted Performances
Signed performances will be provided for the following Broadway season performances:

HAMILTON - December 6 and December 13 at 7 p.m.
THE SOUND OF MUSIC - January 31 at 6:30 p.m.
THE WIZ - February 21 at 6:30 p.m.
JERSEY BOYS - April 11 at 6:30 p.m.
THE OUTSIDERS - May 23 at 6:30 p.m.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Season Subscription and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Broadway in Jacksonville offer details posted on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to all such Terms and Conditions.

JERSEY BOYS PERFORMANCE DATES: Jersey Boys is scheduled for five performances on Friday, April 9 - Sunday, April 11, 2027. Subscribers with season subscriptions for Tuesday - Thursday will have the opportunity to exchange at no cost into the same section of another performance. Please note we cannot guarantee the same seats.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: You will be automatically renewed each season into a full subscription package. Package prices and details will vary each season. Your credit card will be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a plan). You have 30 days from the date of the season announcement to cancel the renewal via the cancellation link in the email or in your online account or calling/emailing us. If you cancel before the charge date from the email, you won’t be charged. After that date, we’ll refund you if you make the request within the 30-day window. A valid credit card and email are required.

PRICING: The price of each 5-show subscription includes HAMILTON, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, THE WIZ, JERSEY BOYS & THE OUTSIDERS and reflects the face value of your tickets as well as applicable fees (noted below). Each Season ticket package includes a facility fee of $16.75 and a handling fee of $68.

VIP THEATER CLUB MEMBERSHIP: VIP Theater Club membership contributions do not include the cost of a season ticket package. Season ticket packages must be purchased separately over and above the contribution. VIP Theater Club contributors receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these contributors, prior to single tickets being placed on sale to the general public. The price of each season ticket package reflects the face value of your tickets as well as applicable facility fees and service charges. Access to the VIP Theater Club Members area at the theater is during intermission of the five Broadway Series shows. Only one VIP Theater Club ID card will be issued per account. Admission to the Members Only area is limited to the number of season tickets purchased per account by the account holder within their contribution level and for the specific performances purchased. Please refer to the specific benefits at fscjartistseries.org/support-us/vip-theater-club.

BOXES 1-4: These seats are reserved for contributors at the Producer level and above.

PAYMENT PLAN: Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the dates listed in the FAQ on this page. A valid credit card is required. Account must be paid in full before any exchanges can be processed. Payment plan may only be applied to the cost of your subscription package.

UPGRADES: After the final renewal deadline, all renewed Broadway in Jacksonville Subscribers will be emailed information on when upgrades will be available. A second email will be sent when your upgrade window opens with an invitation to request seating changes from available locations from Subscribers that did not renew. Upgrades are only available by phone or in-person at our office. If you are happy with your seats, no action is needed. Seating upgrades are subject to availability. The difference in price is due at the time of upgrade.

EXCHANGES: The ability to exchange individual performance dates of the same show will begin at the time upgrades become available, following the renewal period. Exchanges must be requested no later than the date you wish to attend by 3 p.m. or the date of your scheduled performance by 3 p.m., whichever is earliest within our phone hours of operation. A $2.50 exchange fee will be assessed per ticket per exchange for season subscribers and a $5.00 exchange fee will be assessed per ticket per exchange for single ticket purchasers. There is no exchange fee for VIP Theater Club Members. In all cases described above, if the cost of the tickets is greater than the price of the original ticket, all ticket purchasers will be charged the difference. If the price is less, an even exchange will be made. Ticket exchanges are subject to availability.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS: The current Ticket purchase limit per Season package is 8 tickets per subscriber household, unless otherwise determined by contribution level which may be up to an additional 8 tickets per subscriber household. Subject to availability at the presenter' discretion.

ACCESSIBLE REQUESTS: The FSCJ Artist Series strives to make it easy to purchase accessible seating tickets for all productions and accommodate guests with special needs. To purchase accessible seats or request special accommodations, renewing subscribers please e-mail us at renewal@fscjartistseries.org and new subscribers please email us at newsub@fscjartistseries.org. A patron services agent will call you within 2-3 business days. Accessible seating areas are solely for people with disabilities and their companions.

AUDIENCE ADVISORY: Knowledge of show content and appropriateness is assumed when you purchase your tickets. You are responsible for the knowledge of the content of the performance for which you purchase tickets. Content which may be objectionable cannot be used as a reason to receive a refund or any type of compensation for tickets already purchased, including season tickets. Opinions regarding the appropriateness of a particular show can vary from person to person. Materials are publicly available to help you decide whether a show is right for you. On request, the FSCJ Artist Series staff can help you find materials to help you make your decision before you purchase your tickets. Once purchased, tickets may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged if you do not like, are offended by, or find anything objectionable regarding the content of the performance purchased.

SEASON PLANNING: In planning a season, care is taken to avoid scheduling conflicts or changes of any kind. However, prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice.
