We know that life doesn't always go to plan and we want you to book your tickets with total peace of mind. That's why we offer the option to add Ticket Refund Protection via our partnership with Secure My Booking, giving you flexibility and reassurance should the unexpected happen.

To purchase ticket refund protection, simply select this option during the checkout process. The cost is calculated automatically based on your order total.
Your coverage begins the moment you complete your purchase! Please note that the cost of the refund protections plan is non-refundable under any circumstances (even if a show is cancelled) so please review the full terms and conditions and the FAQ below.
What's Covered?
Claim a refund on your ticket price if you're unable to attend due to:
- Accident, illness, or medical emergency (including that of a dependent)
- Adverse weather or unexpected travel delays
- Jury duty
- Pregnancy (if due date is within 30 days of the event)
- Home or business damage (from fire, flooding, theft or similar incidents)
- Job loss or work relocation

What's Not Covered?
While Secure My Booking offers broad protection, there are some exclusions, including:
- Cancelled or rescheduled events
- Non-appearance of a performer
- Known circumstances at the time of booking
- Venue closures or national mourning

Make a Claim
Submit a claim directly to Secure My Booking below within 60 days of the event date. You'll be asked to provide supporting documentation depending on the reason for your claim.

Frequently Asked Questions
Secure My Booking refund protection is automatically calculated based on your ticket order total. The cost is 5-8% of your total order.
No, Secure My Booking coverage must be selected during the purchase process.
In the event of a performance cancellation or rescheduled event, FSCJ Artist Series may issue a refund for your ticket order including the base ticket price, facility fee and service charge depending on the circumstances. The amount paid for Secure My Booking is non-refundable.
If you purchased Ticket Refund Protection and submit a claim that is accepted, you will be refunded for the amount you paid for tickets and/or parking. Donations and the amount paid for Ticket Refund Protection are not eligible for refund.
