Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
At the FSCJ Artist Series, we respect your right to privacy. We understand that users of the FSCJ Artist Series Website need to be in control of their personal information. "Personal information" includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card information. The FSCJ Artist Series adopted this Privacy Policy to inform users how the fscjartistseries.org internet site collects, stores and uses personal information submitted via the site.

If you provide your e-mail address, the FSCJ Artist Series may contact you periodically with special offers, updated information and new services. Mail and e-mail from the FSCJ Artist Series may include special offers and information from and about sponsors and partners of the FSCJ Artist Series. In these cases, the FSCJ Artist Series has not shared your information, but rather, has included sponsor and partner information on its own communications. Any e-mails sent to you by the FSCJ Artist Series offer you the option to be removed from the e-mail mailing list and will clearly indicate who the e-mail is from.
4. Financial Information
The FSCJ Artist Series will take reasonable precautions to protect any personal financial information that you share with us. If you make a purchase online, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing or demographic purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our Web Server. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. 8. Broadway Season Subscriptions
Broadway Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under a Subscription, are subject to the Terms posted on our site, www.fscjartistseries.org, and the Terms and Conditions posted at www.BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets beyond face value through any means.
9. Security and Disclaimer
Although we use security that we believe to be appropriate to protect your personal information, we do not guarantee that our security precautions will protect against, and we expressly disclaim any liability for, any loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The FSCJ Artist Series may update this policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be reflected on the FSCJ Artist Series Website.

COVID-19 Warning:
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that may result in personal injury, severe illness and death. By attending FSCJ Artist Series shows, events, education programs or other activities, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. All visitors must follow the FSCJ Artist Series and Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts or the Wilson Center for the Arts health and safety protocols. Please help keep each other safe.
